Email cyontzalves@outlook.com to register. Support workers/ caregivers free of charge. Each week we will explore a different type of adapted recreation activity including art, games, social skills and fitness. All ability levels welcome and modifications available. $37 / 8 sessions, $6 drop-in.
Calling on all adults and seniors to join us on Thursday afternoons to meet with others, socialize, and enjoy some refreshments. Each week will also offer an optional activity. This is an inclusive program for adults and seniors of all abilities. Join us and make new connections in our community!

Join Literacy for Life on Tuesday, May 14 and Tuesday, May 21 from 6-8 PM in the curling lounge upstairs in the Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex to practice your English listening and speaking skills at Let's Talk: English for Beginners.
We will explore adapted recreation activities on May 16 at the High River Library Patio.
